Most fleet management and contract hire organisations use auction
sites as their main disposal avenue. Auctions are a quick and relatively
efficient method of disposal but not necessarily the most cost-effective.

of over 2,000 used vehicle retailers. The database is is segmented
by vehicle make, model and type, and
sub-categorised by age, mileage and condition.
This allows for effective marketing of each individual vehicle with
those people best placed to bid for the stock of their choice, i.e.,
nearly new Fords with the Ford dealer, prestige with only those
who have expressed interest in this type of specialist stock. Net
proceeds to the client are maximised using this method, as Fleet
Technique is effectively cutting out the middlemen.
Fleet Technique will not release a clients vehicle until cleared
funds are received.
We also realise the importance of a prompt return of capital, therefore
disposal proceeds are returned to the client on the same day the
vehicle is released.
Fleet Technique can accommodate a Sale to Staff scheme where vehicles
are supplied at a commercial arms length to employees and could
be supplied to include warranty and finance,
if so required.
